Our Facilities provide private accommodation for couples, families and for corporate groups of up to 22 guests. Guests of Steep Island are lodged in their own private cedar cabins over looking Discovery Passage, "The Water Highway to Alaska", giving our guests fantastic ocean views, the passing cruise ships, the mountains of Vancouver Island and breathtaking sunsets. The cabins include all amenities (except kitchen facilities) and are all uniquely decorated with attention given to our guests' comfort and pleasure. Wood stoves and duvet comforters add to the cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

 

The main lodge includes a professional kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a relaxing lounge area overlooking Gowlland Harbour, complete with river rock fireplace and luxuious seating area.

We pride ourselves in our gourmet meals featuring local fish and seafood, seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs from our gardens. Freshly baked breads and desserts are made daily in our kitchen. We are happy to cater to or accommodate special diets or menus if notified in advance.

A conference and games room with more beautiful ocean views offers our guests a great setting for a corporate group meeting or a wonderful place to relax at a game of pool, fooseball or blackjack. Any media requirements are available upon request.
